TODAY’S W.O.D:

As many reps as possible in 12 minutes:
20 Sit-ups, GHD or Abmat
Max* rep Power Snatch (LTBD)
---Rest 3 minutes---
As many reps as possible in 10 minutes:
20 Toes to Bar
Max rep Power Clean (LTBD)
---Rest 3 minutes---
As many reps as possible in 8 minutes:
20 Knees to Elbows
Max rep Thrusters (LTBD)

Score is combined max rep count of Power Snatch, Power Clean and Thrusters. Loads may be different for each lift. Athlete can change the load during their 3 minute rests between AMRAPs.

Max rep definition: one effort to do as many reps as possible without stopping or pausing during the exercise. If the athlete pauses or rests during the reps, they record their reps then start the AMRAP all over again until time is called.
