Pinch Grip Carries
6 x 10-meters, plate (LTBD)

B. EMOM for 15 minutes:
1 Shoulder Press
2 High Hang Muscle Snatch
3 Hang Power Snatch
*all movements in the snatch grip, LTBD

C. EMOM for 10 minutes:
4 Sumo Straight Leg Deadlift (LTBD)
D. Strength 101 @ 6PM:
1) Bent Over Row 6x6. 
2) Front Rack Lunge 6x16
3) Tabata: Bicep Curls & Tricep Extensions
