A. “Bottom to bottom” Tabata’s

Squat (reps)
Push-ups (reps)

A tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals (or 4 minutes). In this exercise the athlete will alternate between the Air Squat and the Push-up, resting in the bottom position of each before switching to the next movement.
*The score is the total number of reps. Compare to 06/20/12.

B. “Quinn”
3 rounds for time of:
400-meter Run
50 Sit-ups
50 Back Extensions
