Kettlebell Side Lunges x 8/side (50lb/35lb)
Kettlebell Cleans x 6/side, alternate sides
B. Strength 101 @ 6PM:
1) A little Endurance Work, cause strength athlete’s love to run, NOT!
10 efforts of a 200-meter Sprint
Rest: work. 3:1.
2) Weighted Step-ups, 20” box
Barbell in back rack. 8x4. Increase load.
