A. Three rounds of 100 Single Jump rope + 10-meter Backwards Duck Walk + 12 Dumbbell Cleans + 12 Dumbbell Snatches + 10 meter Broad Jumps.
B. Every minute for 10 minutes:
4 High Hang, no dip Squat Cleans
C. Hang Squat Clean 8x3. Increase load.
9:00 am Class:
Five rounds of 5 minute AMRAPs with one-minute rest between rounds:
20 Box Jumps
20 Butt Kicker Lunges
then, max repetitions of Kettlebell Swings with remaining time in the 5 minutes.
