    seconds between sets.

B. Complete as many rounds/reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
     10 Wall Ball Shots (20#-10’/14#-9’)
     5 Medicine Ball Cleans
*Compare to 05/08/15.

C. Mobility 101 @ 10:00am:
     Point of Interest: The Feet

D. Strength 101 @ 6:00pm:
     Back Squat/Bench Press/Deadlift
     3 sets of 5 reps @ 65% 1RM on all each
     exercise. 3 minute rests between sets.
