Strength 101 @ 8AM:

A. Back Squats 6 sets of 6 reps @ 3201
Load stays the same
2-3 warms up sets to find working load

B. Death by Back Squats - LTBD
Start with 4 reps and increase by 2 reps at the top of each minute

C. 3 sets, 10 reps each
Bottoms up box squats with kettle bells
Good mornings with the bar
* rest as needed

9AM W.O.D:

For time-
4 rounds of-
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95/65)
10 Butt Kicker lunges

3 rounds of -
30 Goblet Squats (50/35)
20 burpees

2 rounds of-
40 sit-ups
20 meter sprints

* each set has to be complete before moving on to the next.
