To show our support for Louisiana and all the devastation they have endured, this workout will honor them and August 2016 (8/16)....the month and year of their loss.
Below are 8 movements, done at 16 reps a piece.
Teams of 2 will......
AMRAP in 30mins of:
P1- 400m run with slam ball/sandbag/log/whatever you can find (50/25)
P2- As many rounds as possible of:
*16 Push Press (135/95)
*16 Sit Ups
*16 Back Squats (135/95)
*16 Pull Ups
*16 Front Squats (135/95)
*16 Deadlifts (135/95)
-Partners will switch after the partner running completes 400m.
Example: If P1 goes out to run 400m and gets back while P2 has only completed 8 Back Squats, P1 will take over where P2 left off. Meaning P1 will pick up at rep 8... And continue rep 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16.... Then continuing on down the chipper.
-Post total rounds and partial rounds completed on the white board at the gym, Facebook, and/or Instagram.
