Back Squats x 12 @ 50% 1RM (no rack)
B. Complete as many rounds/reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
Hang Power Cleans (60kg/45kg) x 5
Handstand Push-ups (strict) x 5
*Each movement must be unbroken.
