Deadlift 10x10 @ 50% of 3RM Deadlift. Our last 3RM Deadlift day was on April 14, 2016. Rest as needed between sets.
* The 10 repetitions have to be completed in one set. Please record how many successful reps you get per set if 10 reps are not achieved.
