Strength 101 @ 8AM:
A. Mobility: Hips
B. Work up to a Heavy Squat Clean in 12 minutes.
C. Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes: 2 Power Cleans + 2 Squat Cleans + 1 Push Jerk @ 70% of 1RM Squat Clean that you just DID!
Complete as many rounds/reps as possible in 25 minutes of:
10-meter Handstand Walk
20 Butt Kicker Lunges
5 Bar Muscle Ups
20 Thrusters (95lbs/65lbs)
