TODAY'S W.O.D:

A. Every minute for 14 minutes do 7 One-Arm Bent Over Rows. 1st minute do seven on the left & 2nd minute do 7 on the right, continue until time is up. Increase load. Compare to 12/15/15.

B. “Megan”
     21-15-9 reps for time of:
     Burpees
     Kettlebell Swings (50lb/35lb)
     Double-unders
*Advanced athletes must complete the Double-unders, UNBROKEN
Compare to 02/13/13.

C. 3 rounds of: (Skill - not for time)
     2 Wall Walk-ups (nose to wall)
     10 Russian Twists (weighted with a Kettlebell)
