B. 9:00 am Team WOD:
For time -
800 meter Run with medicine ball

Then, 3 rounds of
50 wall ball shots (20/14, 10' /9')
40 K2E
30 push-ups
20 box jumps (24/20)
10 front squats (155/105)
5 Muscle up (scaled- partner assisted MU)

After 3 rounds are completed finish with 800 meter run with medicine ball
