A. Every minute for 10 minutes:
10 Back Squats. Load to be determined. No Rack. *Compare to 04/19/2016
B. Complete as many rounds/reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Virtual Shovels over a 20” barrier (45lb bar + 45lb plate/35lb bar + 25lb plate)
5 Strict Pull-ups
C. 100 Hip Thrusts with empty barbell. Not for time.
