*Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
B. Hang Power Snatch 8 sets of 2 reps. Increase load. 1 minute Rests.

D. Strength 101 @ 6:00pm:
Clean Deadlift 5x5. Increase load. Work up to 5RM. 2 minute Rests.
Seated Good Morning 5x5. Range of motion is the focus in this movement. Load to be determined.
Overhead Squats 5x3. Load stays the same. 1 minute Rests.
