B. 6 sets of the following Barbell complex (unbroken):
2 Power Cleans + 2 Squat Cleans + 2 Front Squats + 1 Thruster. Increase load, if able.

Class @ 9:00:

A. "Jumping Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 22 minutes of:
Buy-in: 100 Double-unders
then, 5 Pull-ups + 10Push-ups + 15 Squats.
