Friendly reminder that we are CLOSED this Saturday due to the Bulldog Battle. The first heat will start at 9:00 am! Spectators are welcome and there will be a $10 (cash) fee at the door.


A. Every 2 minutes for 30 minutes:
     2 sets of the following sequence: 
     1 Power Clean
     1 Hang Squat Clean
     1 Back Squat
     1 Back Rack Thruster

*Load at 70% of 1RM Power Clean.
**No resting the bar on the ground during the complex.

B. For time: 250 Double-unders (10 minute Time CAP)
*Last completion date 04/28/16.

C. Mobility 101 @ 10:00 am:
      Points of Interest: Shoulders/Biceps/Triceps/Forearms

D. Strength 101 @ 6:00 pm:
     Bench Press 5x5. Increase load. 2 minute Rests.
     Arms: Giant Set – 3 sets of:
                 10 Floor Dumbbell tricep Presses
                 12 Barbell Drag Curls
                 12 Strict Dips
                 12 Dumbbell Hammer Curls
                 12 Close Grip Barbell Press on the Floor
