TODAY'S W.O.D:

A. Thirty (30) seconds ON/Thirsty (30) seconds OFF for 16 minutes:          1st 30 seconds: Medicine Ball Cleans (25lb/20lb) x 5 rep
       2nd 30 seconds: Burpees x 5 reps

B. Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes:
     Partial Deadlifts, upper half x 5 reps @ 4200. Increase load.

C. Mobility: Feet/Ankles
