2nd minute: Handstand push-ups x 5 reps, strict

3rd minute: Chest to bar pull-ups x 5 reps

B. Eight efforts 400 meter sprints. Stay with-in 3-5 seconds of first effort. 1:1 Work:Rest ratio.
