FYI - Our next Bring A Friend night is Monday, June 6th for the 5pm, 6pm & 7pm classes. 


A. Every minute for 16 minutes:
     1st minute: GHD Hamstring Raises, 45 seconds
     2nd minute: Planche Push-ups, 45 seconds
     3rd minute: Bar Muscle-ups, 45 seconds
     4th minute: Twisting Plank, 45 seconds

B. Eight minutes to find your 3 rep max: Hang Power Clean

C. Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
     10 meter Walk with kettlebells in rack position and 10 KB Squats (50lb/35lb)

D. Mobility 101 @ 10:00 am:
     Points of Interest – Hip Capsule

E. Strength 101 @ 6:00 pm:
     Shoulder Press 3-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1 for load. 2 minute rests.
