A. With a continuously running clock on the first minute do 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch, the second minute do 2 HPS + 2 HSS, the third minute do 3 HPS + 3 HSS, the fourth minute do 4 HPS + 4 HSS and the fifth minute do 5 HPS + 5 HSS. Load to be determined.
B. Every 2 minutes on the 2 minutes for 10 minutes complete 3 Hack Squats. Increase loads.
C. Death by 10 meters – with a continuously running clock run 20 meters the first minute, run 40 meters the second minute, run 60 meters the third minute, etc…increasing by 20 meters each minute until you aren’t able to complete the distance within the minute.
