A. Every minute for 10 minutes:
     2 Curtis P’s (Power Clean + Front Rack Lunge Left + FRL Right + Push Press)
*Increase load.

B. “Helen” 
      Three rounds for time:
      Run 400 meters
      1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
      12 Pull-ups
*Last completed on 09/14/15.

Class @ 9:00 am

A. Event WOD – 21 Guns – WOD with Warriors – 
     As many rounds as possible in 21 minute of:
     400 meter run*
     21 pushups
     21 box jump (24”/20”)
     15 burpees
     9 Pull-ups
 
* Adaptive or modified exercises can be used. Our coaches will assess your ability level and provide modifications.
