A. Every two minutes on the two minutes for 12 minutes:
     5 Dumbbell Flyes + 5 Ring Dips
     Increase load. Try to increase load from 02/10/16.

B. Sumo-Deadlift 5 sets of 3 repetitions. Parallel grip. 1 minute rests. 
     Try to increase load from 10/02/15. *Time CAP: 15 minutes

C. Every minute on the minute for 16 minutes:
     Minute 1: L-Sit hold between boxes, 45 seconds
     Minute 2: GHD Hamstring Raises, 45 seconds
     Minute 3: Barbell Roll-outs, 45 seconds
     Minute 4: BJJ Hip Swivels, 45 seconds
