A) 4 Rounds of:
-15 Power Cleans (115/80)
Once completed 4 rounds.... Immediately move on to:
B) 3 Rounds of:
-40 GHD Sit-Ups
9am Team WOD- "Event 6, Event 3, Event 7" Combo
Teams of 2 will perform for time, on a continuous clock:
21-15-9 of Partner Deadlifts (2 people, 1 bar) & Synchronized Burpees.
After completing, team will move on to complete:
-104 walls balls
***team may divide the wall balls/pull-ups however they prefer. Only ONE person works at a time, and wall balls must be completed before pulls ups may begin.
***Partner not working will hold a plate overhead
Teams will EACH complete:
21 Thrusters (95/65)
3 Rope Climbs
2 Rope Climbs
1 Rope Climb
**P1 and P2 EACH need to complete 21 thrusters. Once both partners are done with their individual 21 thrusters then they both may move on to do 3 rope climbs EACH..... Same applies for 15 thrusters, 2 rope climbs.... Etc etc.
**only one partner may work on their workload at a time. The other partner will hold a plate overhead.
