A. Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes:
     Minute 1: Slam Balls x 15
     Minute 2: Handstand Walk x 10 meters or 45 second Handstand hold (free standing or wall)
     Minute 3: Hollow-body hold  x 45 seconds

B. “Grace” 30 reps for time of: Power Clean and Jerk (135lb/95lb). Compare to 11/10/15.

C. 2 efforts of a 1 mile Sprint for time. Rest 5 minutes.
