A. Every two minutes for 12 minutes (6 sets) perform:
     Power Clean + Front Squat + Power Jerk
     Build to today’s heaviest set. 

B. Three rounds for time of:
     Run 800 meters
     100 Double-Unders
     10 Hand to Hand Kettlebell Swings (70lb/50lb)
     Rest 3 minutes

C. Skill (not for time): 50 GHD Sit-ups or 10 GHD Sit-ups if you are new to the exercise.
