TODAY'S W.O.D:

A.  Equipment: Dumbbells
      Movements:
      Deadlift + Hang Squat Clean + Thruster + Back step Lunge Left + Back step Lunge Right
      Every 90 seconds on the 90 seconds for 6 minutes do 4 reps of the above complex using
      dumbbells. Increase load each set.

B. 10 efforts of 500-meter Row for time. Hold within 5 seconds of your first attempt. Rest 1
     minute between efforts.
