A. Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes:
      Minute 1: Bar Muscle-ups x 1-5 reps, kip allowed (regress to jumping muscle-up from box)
      Minute 2: 10-meter Shuttle Runs x 12 passes
      Minute 3: Push-ups x 5 reps @ 3110

B. Five rounds of:
    Back Squat x 10 reps @ 3200
    Rest 60 seconds
    Run 200 meters, hold within 3-5 seconds of first attempt
    Rest 60 seconds
    Dumbbell Chest Press x 8 reps @ 2011 (perform on medicine ball)

    Increase loads each round if you are able. No rack for Back Squat.
