Strength: EMOM for 12 minutes do 4 Kettlebell dead Snatches. The 1st minute do 4 KBDS on the left, the 2nd minute do 4 on the right, etc...Increase load, if able.

Endurance:
3 efforts of a 1000 meter Row for time. (DS10)
