Strength: Back Rack Lunges With a continuously running clock do 5 Back Rack Lunges on the left leg for the 1st minute then 5 BRSL on the right leg the 2nd minute and so on, continue to alternate legs each minute for a total of 14 minutes. BRSL No rack. Load stays the same. Compare to 02/01/16.
