Back Rack Lunges
With a continuously running clock do 5 Back Rack Lunges on the left leg for the 1st minute then 5 BRSL on the right leg the 2nd minute and so on, continue to alternate legs each minute for a total of 14 minutes. BRSL No rack. Load stays the same. Compare to 02/01/16.

100 ft. Bear Crawl
100 ft. Standing Broad Jump
3 Burpees

Do 3 Burpees after every 5 broad jumps. If you have a 20lb. vest or body armor, wear it. Compare 05/27/15.
