TODAY'S W.O.D:

Strength: 
Every 90 seconds on the 90 seconds for 12 minutes do:
5 Floor Chest Press
5 Weighted Pull-ups

The first minute the athlete will do 5 Floor Chest Press, then rest. The second minute the athlete will do 5 Weighted Pull-ups, then rest. The rotation will continue until the 12 minute mark. At the end the athlete will have done 4 sets of each exercise. Increasing load. 

Endurance:
8 efforts of a 200 meter sprint. Compare to 06/25/15.
