TODAY'S W.O.D:

Strength: EMOM for 10 minutes, alternating exercises each minute do:
5 Good Mornings (1st minute, etc.)
5 Bent Over Rows (2nd minute, etc.) with dumbbells or kettlebells
Load stays the same for both exercises.

Met-Con: 
21-15-9 reps for time**:
Thrusters (95lb/65lb)
Push-ups
