Murph Style WOD

8am WOD

1 Mile Run (or row depending on the weather)
100 Wall Balls
200 Box Jumps
300 Lunges
1 Mile Run

9am Team WOD

Teams of 2 will compete:

1 Mile Run (or row depending on the weather) Together.
100 Burpees
200 Thrusters
300 Dips
1 Mile Run Together.

P1- Holds a plate overhead
P2- Works on the 100, 200, 300
**1 mile run will not include the plate**
