1 Burpee over the bar

.....etc..... Every 5th round, RUN 400m

9am Team WOD: AMRAP in 40 minutes of:

400m Run
200 Sit-ups
400m Run
200 Slam ball over the shoulder
400m Run
200 Pull ups
400m Run
200 Burpees
400m Run 

**Runs are done together.
**Sit-ups, slam balls, pull ups and Burpees are done by only 1 partner
**While 1 partner works on exercises, the other partner will hold weight
