6 rounds for time:
24 squats
24 push-ups
24 walking lunges
400m run
**wear a 20lb. vest if available**

0900: 175 Burpees for each team or buy out of them by bringing in 2 cans for each individual:
Teams of 4:
Complete as many rounds/reps as possible in 20 minutes:
1 person at each station and athlete can't move until station in front is clear.

The stations:
10 DB Man Makers (LTBD)
25 Wall balls (25lb/20lb)
400-meter Run
10 Burpee Pull-ups

At the 20 minutes do as many calories as possiblein 5 minutes of:
Rowing (calories)
