A. 10 rounds for time of:
250-meter Row
25 GHD Sit-ups

B. Mobility 101 @ 10AM:
Points of Interest: The Inner and Outer Thigh (Adductor and Abductor)

C. Strength 101 @ 6PM:
1) Bench Press 10x3 at 80% 1RM.
Rest 2 minutes.
2) Every minute for 8 minutes:
1st minute – Handstand Hold, Nose to Wall, 45 seconds
2nd minute – L-Sit Hold between boxes or on paralettes
