300 Burpees Per Person or buy out of them with 2 canned/non-perishable food items.

8:00AM:
25 minutes time cap:
100 box jumps
Then...
Complete as many rounds/reps as possible of:
10 push-ups
15 sit-ups
20m shuttle run

9:00AM:
For time:
All movements must be synchronized with partner:
50 synchronized wall balls
40 synchronized sit-ups
30 synchronized burpees
20 synchronized push-ups
10 synchronized jumping lunges
20 synchronized push-ups
30 synchronized burpees
40 synchronized sit-ups
50 synchronized wall balls
