TODAY’S W.O.D:

A. Sumo-Deadlift 1RM. 10-minute time cap.

B. Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:
3 Sumo-Deadlifts @ 33X1 with 70% of 1RM.

C. Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
5 Double-pump Wall Balls (16lb/12lb)
4 Muscle-ups (bar or rings)
3 Kettlebell High Pull, single bell, (70lb/50lb)

D. Mobility 101 @ 10AM:
Point of Interest: Hip Flexor and Quads

E. Strength 101 @ 6PM:
1) Pendlay Row, 8 sets of 2 reps. Increase load.
2) Floor Chest Press, 5 sets of 3 reps. Increase load.
3) 3 x 10 weighted GHD Sit-ups
4) 3 x 5 sandbag Thrusters
