B. Strength 101 @ 6PM:
1) Bench Press, 30 reps at 60% bodyweight
20 reps add 10% to bar weight
10 reps add an additional 10% to bar weight
**always round up to nearest 5#
**record weight used
2) 5 efforts to find your 1RM.
