A. Every 30 seconds for 15 minutes do:
1 Power Snatch @ 65% 1RM
*Compare to 02/02/16.

B. Complete as many rounds/repetitions as possible in 21 minutes of:
Run 400 meters
3 Muscle-ups, rings
9 Hang Squat Snatch (115lb/75lb)
15 Toes to Bar

C. Mobility 101 @ 10:00 AM:
Point of Interest: Shoulders

D. Strength 101 @ 6:00 PM:
1) 3 rounds of:
15 Bent Over Barbell Rows
50 Hip & Back Extensions
500-meter Sprint Row
*Increase load.
2) Weighted Step-ups, Barbell in the Back-Rack position, 8x6 per leg, 2 minute rests.
Increase load.
