A. Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes do:
3 Front Squats
No Rack. Increase load.

B. 3 rounds of as many rounds/reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
10 Box Jumps (HTBD)
20 Hand to Hand Kettlebell Swings (LTBD)
*1-minute rest between rounds.

C. Strength 101 @ 6:00pm:
Five sets of five reps (5x5) for each of the following exercises:
High Bar Back Squat
No more than 2 minutes’ rest between sets. Complete each exercise before moving onto the next. The exercises may be done in any order. Increasing load for each set.
