Saturday Athletes!!!

Welcome to "Burpee Saturdays"!!! Every single Saturday until the end of December the workout will include a lovely "Burpee Buy-In" <--- yay!!!!!

Oh wait.... You don't love burpees?!? Don't you worry!!!! You can be exempted from such torture by simply bringing in TWO non-perishable items EACH Saturday class you attend. 
We will be donating everything we collect for the Frederick Food Bank!!! So do something good for yourself.... and for our community. Heck, bring a few extras! You might be someone's best friend if they happen to forget theirs!!!! :)

8am WOD:

50 Burpee Buy-In (Bring 2 non-perishable item and POOF these burpees disappear) 

3 Rounds for Time:
10 Dips
20 Toes 2 Bar
30 Shoulder to Overhead
40m of 10m KB walk + 10 Goblet Squats
50 DU
600m Row

9am TEAM WOD:

100 Burpee Buy-In (Each team member must bring 2 non-perishable items and then NO burpees. If one partner brings cans and the other does not, 1/2 the amount will be taken away)
P1+P2 (Together) Pick 7 Items Consumed on Thanksgiving Day:
Turkey/Ham
Stuffing
Potatoes (any kind)
Veggies
Rolls/Biscuits/Bread
Alcohol
Pie/Cake/Cookies/Ice cream/chocolate
Corn
Cranberry Sauce
Gravy
Fruit
Other
Each food item will indicate a movement that will be done for 2mins. Partners will rotate through 7 stations, TWICE, for a total of 28mins.
 
P1- works on Station 1 while P2 holds a plate overhead. Partners switch each station. 
Reps will count only when P2 has the plate overhead.
 
Post total reps to Members Area or comments.:)

Movements will be announce during class!
