A. Every minute for 10 minutes do:
3 Sumo-Deadlift High Pulls.
*Compare to 12/4/15.
B. For time:
100 Doubleunders then, 9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
Plyo Push-ups over a slamball
2-ct. Mountain Climbers w/plates
*Compare to 12/3/15.
C. Mobility 101 @ 10:00am:
Points of Interest: Lats & Triceps
D. Strength 101 @ 6:00pm:
1) Clean Lift-Off
2) Clean High-Pull
3) Clean Long-Pull
*Each movement is to be performed at 5 sets of 3 reps for technique and load (if able). Rest as needed between efforts.
