0800 Class:
5 Rounds for time of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Pistols
15 Deadlifts
20m Handstand walk
25 Box jumps
*Post time.

0900 Class:
Complete as many rounds/reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
10 Deadlifts
10 Power Cleans
10 Back Squats
10 Shoulder to Overhead

P1- holds the barbell in the 'hang' position
P2- works on AMRAP

*Partners may switch as often as desired If either of the partners needs to put the barbell down, both partners need to perform the following before being able to work on the AMRAP again:
400m run together
20 Sit-Ups
10 Synchronized burpees
*Post team and rounds/reps.
