TODAY’S W.O.D:

A. Complete the following for time:
Row 1,000 meters
50 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms, LTBD)
Row 750 meters
35 Dumbbell Snatches
Row 500 meters
20 Dumbbell Snatches

B. Strength 101 @ 6PM:
1) Warm-up: 3 sets of:
90 second jumprope
12 Back Extensions
12 Sit-ups
12 Air Squats
2) Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes do 3 Deadlifts, increase load. Remain every 3 minutes until unable then 3 attempts at a 1RM.
3) 100 Glute Bridges
*Compare to 12/17/15.
