B. Strength 101 @ 6pm:
1) 3 rounds of:
12 Rainbow Presses (start the barbell in the front rack position, press overhead and take to the back-rack position, then bring back to front rack, repeat…)
12 Stationary Lunges, bar in back rack
*20-minute time cap. Increase load each set.
2) Push Jerk 8 x 2. Load to be determined. Increasing if able. 90 second rests between sets.
