A. Back Rack Stationary Lunges
Every minute for 14 minutes do:
1st minute: 5 BRSL, Left side
2nd minute: 5 BRSL, Right side
*BRSL load should be 40% of your 5RM Back Squat. No rack.
5 rounds for time of:
100ft. Bear Crawl
100ft. Standing Broad Jump *
*3 Burpees after every 5 broad jumps
*If you’ve got a 20lb vest, wear it.
C. Strength 101 @ 6:00pm:
1) Good Mornings 10x10. Increase load. 2 minute rests.
