Costume Contest for both WODs this morning!

8am WOD:

A) Bring Sally Up Pumpkin Style.
B) Complete as many rounds/reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Burpee over the bar
10 Power Cleans
10 Push Press Hill sprint with pumpkin.
Leave pumpkin at the top of the hill.
Run back inside.
5 Burpees over the bar
10 Power Cleans
10 Push Press Hill sprint.
Grab your pumpkin at the top of the hill.
Run back inside with the pumpkin.

9am TEAM WOD:

Complete as many rounds/reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
10 Push Jerks
15 T2B
20 Deadlifts
25 Sit-ups

P1- works on AMRAP.
P2- OH Pumpkin Walking Lunges for 100-meters.
Put pumpkin down, sprint inside and switch.
The next partner will sprint to pumpkin and do 100-meter OH Pumpkin Lunges back inside. Then switch again.
