TODAY’S W.O.D:

A. Tabata’s. A tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals (4 minutes).

Hand-release Push-ups (reps)
Run 400 meters
Chest to Bar Pull-ups (reps)
Run 400 meters
*Record your total number of reps for both exercises.
 
B. Every minute for 10 minutes do 5 Unilateral Dumbbell Chest Press on a Medicine Ball.
Alternate arms each minute. Increase load.
*Compare to 01/13/16.
 
C. Strength 101 @ 6:00pm:
1) Hang Squat Clean 10-8-6-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1 reps for load.
Rest 2 minutes between sets.
*Compare to 08/02/16.
