B. Strength 101 @ 6:00pm:
1) Warm-up: 5 min JR, 2x 30 sec each: PVC Thrusters, SDHP, Burpees, Deadlift
2) Drop to Split 5x3/side. Increase load.
Jerk Balance 5x3/side. Increase load.
Split Jerk 8x2/ 1 per side
